The location near Plaza Mayor made exploring Segovia super easy. The historic painted wood ceilings in my room beautifully showcased the hotel's charm. Staff were welcoming, helpful, and provided excellent tips on local attractions. I enjoyed the spa facility. it felt like an oasis, especially after a day of sightseeing. On the downside, my room lacked natural light, and I found it a bit isolating without a view. Also, the breakfast could use more variety, especially fresh egg options. Valet service was efficient, making arrivals and departures hassle-free. Overall, it’s a solid choice for those wanting a mix of modern comforts and historical ambiance.

the so-called spa pool was not available as promised, which is a huge disappointment. my room felt like a cave, and the air conditioning needs a personal assistant to operate. I see all this charm, but honestly, I expected a much better stay. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

The stay was just what we needed! We were really impressed with the staff,, especially when they greeted us at the valet service and helped with our bags while explaining the best restaurants nearby. The spa was unexpectedly great, cozy and clean, and I loved slipping into the provided robe right in our room.

This place was just a great match for a stopover in Segovia with good value. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep after a long day. If you want a decent breakfast, try to get there early, as food tends to get cold quickly.
